FAQs
What is happening with Peloton and Flywheel?
Flywheel has made the difficult decision to stop offering Flywheel At Home effective March 27, 2020. While we will be discontinuing our at home services, Flywheel will continue to focus on our original mission of providing the best in-studio cycling experience. We greatly understand your disappointment but are excited to have partnered with Peloton to offer an exclusive offer to enjoy their world-class at home product. Current Flywheel Bike Owners may trade their Flywheel Home Bike for a refurbished to be like new Peloton Bike.
What does this mean if I have an active subscription with Flywheel?
If you have an active subscription, you will not be billed after 2/19 and your subscription will automatically be turned off by Flywheel. If you purchased your subscription through Apple, you will need to cancel your subscription directly through Apple.
I am having trouble finding my bike serial number or my Flywheel At Home Bike does not include a serial number.
You can find your serial number on a white sticker underneath the wheel of the bike and it begins with WB. If your Flywheel At Home Bike is missing a serial number, please take a picture of the bike and send it to insidesales@onepeloton.com along with your delivery address and phone number. Peloton will get back to you directly.
