At first, climbing heavy hills at home may feel different than how it feels in-studio, but we promise you’ll get used to it after a few rides. If your resistance ever feels too heavy or too light, you can try re-calibrating under your settings of your device or built-in display. And remember, while our instructors provide Torq ranges, you should always adjust to what feels best for your body.
